Harley’s Hombarista Membership System
Harley’s Hombarista plies its trade in the convenience of artisanal capsule coffee at home, and it was important to us that the online marketplace we developed for them embodied that same convenience.
Their digital storefront doubles as a membership hub for its referral programme, with a built-in payment gateway and inventory tracker that we help manage, so that Harley’s can focus instead on nurturing its legion of loyal coffee enthusiasts.
Plus Xnergy Customer Panel
A pioneering name in Malaysia’s solar industry, Plus Xnergy took it upon themselves to further the use of sustainable energy in the community – by making solar panels accessible to the everyday consumer.
We worked hand-in-hand with their product specialists to create an online customer panel fitted to their unique customer journey. Via this custom platform, customers can book the purchase, delivery, and installation of their selected solar panel package; submit and review documents for approval; and even input drawings for custom size specifications.
CADWare Agent Web Portal
Thriving digital marketplaces are built not only on an active user base, but also on a vibrant agency sales force that is laser-focused on numbers: inventory, points, commissions.
To better help them keep tabs on this data, we developed a multi-tier agent management solution that featured a comprehensive, one-stop-shop dashboard with live updates. Presented in pleasing graphs, these automatic calculations made it easy to parse all the data that truly matters at a glance, from commission calculations to revenue garnered to stock updates.
AsiaEMall E-Commerce Ecosystem
We were first approached by this client to devise a solution that would fit the grand idea they had in mind: an ecosystem for e-commerce that could be used by both its customer base and sales force.
Rising up to the challenge, we built a robust, dual-fronted system – it worked as an online storefront, while also simultaneously being a backend agent web portal that enabled all manner of transactions, including but not limited to: sales and commission tracking, point redemption, and even an agent referral system.
