Learn some basics of photography on how to capture an image with different angles and knowledge. For example, the rule of third, what is aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, this will help you improve your photography skills. Just by knowing the basics can change a lot when you are capturing an image, regarding what equipment you are using, even smartphones right now have the setting to change their shutter speed, aperture and ISO setting to satisfy their user needs for every single picture. So, spend some time doing some researches about it.

5. Knowing Your Editing Software

Not everyone is familiar with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop because software like this is more to technical software where it takes some time for someone to learn know how to use, but then again you can always go for a second option because there are lots of editing apps on either Google Playstore or IOS app store, so find the one that suit you and use it to edit your picture before uploading it to Instagram.
